When it matters, know what to do.

CRISETAG turns complex crisis plans into clear roles, decisions and actions — giving every person what they need, when they need it.

01 Situation · 02 Clarity

Your crisis plan isn't the response.

A plan may contain hundreds of pages of procedures, responsibilities and information. During a crisis, people don't need another document. They need answers.

  • 01What is happening?
  • 02What is my role?
  • 03What do I need to decide?
  • 04What should I do now?
  • 05Who needs to know?

CRISETAG turns the plan into action.

03 Role · 05 Action

One person. One role. The right information.

A TAG is not a task on a list. It is a concrete need for action in this situation, given to the person who holds the role — with the guidance to carry it out and a status everyone can see.

We don't remove complexity from the situation. We reduce the complexity each person has to manage at one time.

With CRISETAG

Situation → Role → Decision → TAG → Action → Status

02 Clarity · 04 Decision

AI that understands the situation — without taking control away from people.

What CRISETAG AI does
  • Understanding information
  • Connecting the situation with relevant plans and procedures
  • Identifying affected roles
  • Surfacing relevant actions
  • Summarising changing information
  • Detecting unresolved actions
  • Supporting situational awareness
What stays with people
  • Activating a scenario
  • Accepting a role
  • Making the decision
  • Taking the action
  • Closing the tag
  • Standing behind the record

AI supports the decision. People remain responsible for it.

Up front

Clear on what CRISETAG does. And what it doesn't.

CRISETAG does
  • Take your plan from strategy to tactics: role-based tags for every person
  • Give each person one task at a time, with guidance
  • Keep a live status of every action and decision
  • Run the same scenario as a simulation, before it happens
  • Record the response so the organisation can learn from it
CRISETAG doesn't
  • Replace your crisis plan or your crisis organisation
  • Send every alert to everyone
  • Make decisions on your behalf
  • Ask people to read documents in the middle of a crisis
  • Become one more place where the plan is stored
Before · During · After

Before, during, after. The same structure.

Prepare

Know before it happens.

  • Import plans
  • Define scenarios
  • Assign roles
  • Build tags
  • Train teams
  • Run simulations
Respond

Know what to do when it happens.

  • Activate scenario
  • Establish situational awareness
  • Activate roles
  • Assign actions
  • Track decisions
  • Coordinate response
Adapt

Learn after it happens.

  • Reconstruct the response
  • Identify delays
  • Analyse decisions
  • Capture lessons
  • Update plans
  • Prepare again
Simulate

Don't wait for a crisis to discover whether your system works.

CRISETAG Simulation activates a scenario in which information arrives gradually — the way it does in a real crisis. The leadership team has to understand the situation, prioritise, assign responsibility, decide and act, on the same board they would use on the day.

The system records how the organisation responds. Afterwards, it analyses the response: where time was lost, which decisions waited, which tags were never taken.

Questions

What people ask before a demo.

If your question is not here, bring it to the demo. We answer it on your own scenario.

Is CRISETAG another place to store our crisis plan?

No. Your plan stays where it is. CRISETAG takes what the plan says each role should do and turns it into tags: concrete actions, assigned to named people, with a status. The plan is the source. CRISETAG is where it becomes action.

Does the AI make decisions?

No. The AI reads incoming information, connects it to your plan and surfaces what matters for each role. Every decision is taken by a named person and recorded that way. AI supports the decision. People remain responsible for it.

Does it replace the tools we already use?

No. Alerting, logging and document systems keep doing their job. CRISETAG sits between the plan and the people who have to act on it, and gives each of them their part.

How do we get started?

With one scenario from your own plan. We build the first version together with you, with the roles and tags your organisation already has. From there you add scenarios at your own pace, and the same structure is used for simulation from the first day.

Can we practise without a real incident?

Yes. Simulation activates a scenario where information arrives gradually. Your leadership team works on the same board they would use for real, and the response is recorded and analysed afterwards.

Who owns our data, and where is it stored?

Your organisation owns its plans and records. Hosting, access control and data processing are agreed in writing with each organisation before anything goes live.

How is CRISETAG priced?

Per organisation, based on the scenarios and roles you run. You receive a written proposal after the demo, built on your own plan.

CRISETAG is not where your crisis plan lives. It's where your crisis plan becomes action.

About

Built around the person who needs to act.

Not around the information the organisation happens to possess. The complexity stays in the system; each person is exposed only to what they need to understand their role and act. CRISETAG is developed with support from Innovation Norway and builds on research in crisis leadership, organisational psychology and human factors under pressure.

The crisis management software industry has decided that the answer to every crisis is more intelligence and better logging: alerts sent, events recorded, a timeline ready for the report afterwards. I have spent two decades inside the crises of organisations. That is not where they fail. They fail the moment the crisis begins — when a plan on paper has to become the actions of real people, and each of them is suddenly alone with a task.

I worked on AI before the large language models, and I know what these systems are built from and where they stop. They stop at judgement — at the moment a person has to stand behind a decision with their name on it. So CRISETAG gives the model the work it can be held accountable for: understanding the situation, connecting it to the plan, surfacing what matters, summarising what has changed. The decision stays with the person. That is not a limitation of the product. It is the product.
